Dear Visitor,

My name is Valerie Cade and I have been a Professional Speaker and trainer for the past 15 years now. I have a genuine passion for helping you get the respect and dignity that everyone deserves in the workplace!

If it’s your first time to the site chances are you don’t know me and I’d like to take the opportunity to tell you a little about myself so you can have a better idea about who I am, what I’ve done and are currently doing; These are some of my experiences that have contributed to where and who I am today:

• I’m one of less than 500 Speaking Professionals worldwide to have achieved the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation.

• I founded the Calgary chapter of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS) and served as the Canadian National President in 2002.

• In 2000 I served on the World International Federation Council for Professional Speakers: Leadership, as well as other positions in both CAPS and the National Speakers Association (NSA) in the U.S.

• I was awarded “Speaker of the Year” twice and “One of the Consummate Speakers of the Year” by Sharing Ideas magazine.

• In addition I consider myself to be a successful business executive having saved two organizations from sure bankruptcy and nursing them back to become strong, viable businesses once again.

• From 1993-2003 I was CEO of one of Canada’s largest training companies.
• And currently I am the President of The Performance Curve, and have conducted thousands of business training sessions in over 70 cities in seven countries.

All these adventures and experiences have contributed to who I am and I want to share them with you and truly bring enjoyment back to your working situation!
